We may collect the following data when you perform certain functions on our Site, specifically when you use our online donation functionality that uses online forms to collect information needed to process your online gift and payment. The data we collect will be used to charge your credit card or other method of payment and may also be used for future outreach to you to provide updates about the Foundation, to offer the opportunity to make subsequent gifts, or to participate in events. This data will be entered by you and will include:

WHO WE SHARE PERSONAL DATA WITH

We may disclose user data to Foundation volunteers who reasonably need access to user data to achieve the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, and to financial professionals hired to review the Foundation's financial records, prepare tax returns and other required government filings, and perform required audits.

We will not sell or share your data with any other third parties, except in the following cases:

HOW LONG WE STORE PERSONAL DATA

User data will be stored until the purpose the data was collected has been achieved. You will be notified if your data is kept for longer than this period.

The Foundation uses security measures that we deem appropriate, reasonably practical, and consistent with industry standards. Despite all reasonable precautions, there is always a risk that data will be breached, intercepted, destroyed, accessed, or otherwise disclosed without authorization.

SPECIAL SITUATIONS

Children: if it comes to our attention that a child under age 13 has provided personal data, that data will be deleted as soon as possible. Parents or guardians who know or believe their child under age 13 has provided personal data may contact us at ColesvilleRotaryCommFoundation @gmail.com.
